  • MorningNamba ParksNamba Parks' terraced rooftop garden over the station (seed), open from 11:00 — an easy first Osaka stroll by the hotel. • AfternoonUmeda Sky Building (Floating Garden)Klook: book ahead. Be on the rooftop by about 16:30 for the sunset (16:58 on 10 November); it is open 09:30-22:30 (last entry 22:00), the rooftop can close in heavy rain, and the official site lists no separate sunset ticket.
  • DinnerKijiOkonomiyaki in Takimi-koji, the Showa-style food alley in the Umeda Sky basement; the modan-yaki is the noodle-stuffed version. Cash only, no reservations and just 22 counter seats, so go early; closed Thursdays.

Day 3

Universal Studios Japan — the whole day

  • MorningUniversal Studios JapanKlook: an e-ticket for your date — Universal requires a visit date when you buy a Studio Pass, and prices vary by date. • DinnerGyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu Universal CityWalk OsakaGyukatsu (a breaded beef cutlet, served rare) on Universal CityWalk's 3rd floor, about 3 minutes from Universal City Station; open 10:00-23:00 — dinner without a ride back to Namba first.
Day 4

The Bay — Tempozan by day, Kaiyukan in the calm of late afternoon, then Shinsekai after dark
