Terms of Service

Who we are. getwooah.com (“GetWooah”, “we”, “us”) is operated by GetWooah!, a Singapore-registered business. These terms govern your use of the website and app.

1. Accepting these terms. By using GetWooah you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you use GetWooah on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. What GetWooah is. We help you plan trips: you tell us your dates, party, budget and interests, and we build a day-by-day itinerary you can edit. We are a planning and discovery tool, not a travel agent. We don't sell flights, accommodation, tours or tickets, we don't take payments for them, and we don't hold any booking on your behalf. Opening hours, prices, availability and travel times are estimates gathered from third parties and can be wrong or out of date — always confirm the details with the provider before you rely on them.

3. Booking links and affiliates. When you choose to book something, you leave GetWooah for a third-party provider (for example Agoda or Klook) and their own terms and privacy policy apply. Some of these are affiliate links: if you book after following one, we may earn a commission from the provider at no extra cost to you. This never changes which recommendations you see — commercial links are never allowed to influence the planning engine's output. Your contract for any booking is with the provider, not with us.

4. Using GetWooah responsibly. Please use the service only for lawful, personal trip-planning. Don't attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt it, don't misuse the booking links, and don't try to break the rate limits that keep it available for everyone.

5. Your content. The plans you create and the trip codes that bring them back are yours to use. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. We may store your plan so your trip code keeps working, as described in our Privacy notice.

6. Our content. The GetWooah name, design, and the compiled itineraries, guides and recommendations are ours or our licensors'. You may use them for your own trip planning; you may not resell, republish or scrape them.

7. No warranty. GetWooah is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the information useful and the service available, but we don't promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee that any place, price or route will be as shown.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, GetWooah is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a decision you made based on the information we showed — including a booking you made with a third party, a place that was closed, or a travel time that was wrong. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes. We may update the service and these terms. If we change these terms materially, we'll date the change here; continuing to use GetWooah after that means you accept the update.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you rights that override this. [WL/legal to confirm.]
